How to Book
You will see the address for your area on the Freshna link (button below once you have read through the info). Debbie will also send you a confirmation email once you have booked on Fresha. No pain procedures, medical grade numbing, sterile equipment.

Important Info
Appointment length: New clients: 1.5 to 2 hours. Debbie’s own touch ups: 1 to 1.5 hours.
Previously tatooed eyebrows: If you have had your eyebrows done with another artist you MUST send photos to Debbie before booking. Note: not all eyebrows can be fixed! If you book an appointment and Debbie can’t fix your brows, you will be charged full price. It is critical that you please send photos of old work before booking so that Debbie can advise if they can be fixed.
Healing time: Healing usually takes 7 to 10 days. Brows will look dark for a around 5 days and they will flake, this is normal. At 3-4 weeks the colour will balance out and blossom. Your healed result will determine if you need a touch up at 6 to 12 weeks or not. All skins heal in a unique way so you will have to wait it out for a month and see the final result. It is, however, quite dark for around 5 to 7 days.
NOTE
Durban and Knysna clients:
Debbie travels to both these areas. She works back-to-back with no gaps between bookings, so please book without leaving a small time gap. Appointments are 1.5 to 2 hours.
If you are booking in the morning, please take 8AM, 9:30AM or 10AM as the slots are 1.5 hours or 2 hours. Debbie will adjust your booking if you make a mistake, so be prepared for Debbie to move 8:30AM and 9AM bookings to either 8AM or 9:30AM or 10AM. Please don’t leave gaps that are only 1 hour, Debbie needs 1.5 or 2 hour gaps and this will prevent her from slotting in other clients – thanks! If you would like an earlier appointment than what you see is available, get in touch with Debbie and she will advise.
Cape Town clients:
Debbie lives in Cape Town – you can see the dates Debbie is in Cape Town on the Fresha calendar or get in contact Debbie to be put onto the cancellation list. Email or WhatsApp Debbie to get the current Cape Town dates BEFORE you book as Debbie also does lip tattoos and she needs to offer you times for brows. Once you have a time slow, it will make it easier to book on the Fresha App. To be clear Cape Town clients: Debbie NEEDS TO GIVE you the set times before you book!
